Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to the United States, but if you live elsewhere please contact us with the items you'd like to purchase, to see if we may ship to you and the shipping quote.
I have not received my package, what do I do?
You can track your package at usps.com or www.17track.net/en for international customers. You can contact them and ask for details on your package. We are not responsible for any damage or lost of package of any kind. If you'd like to purchase insurance on your order, when checking out on the shipping method page choose the option that includes insurance.
What size should I order?
Many items have sizing charts but if your interested in an item and you're unsure what size to get contact me at KatysPrincessBoutique@yahoo.com or send us a message by clicking the Facebook messenger icon on the bottom of the page. I'll respond to you as soon as possible. Most clothing items runs small and recommend going up a size, but please ask if unsure before purchasing.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we sometimes have offers for Free Shipping if you live in the United States. Or if you buy a certain amount, you'll will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. No code is needed.
How much is shipping?
Our regular shipping rates are FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $5.99. We also offer lower shipping rates and FREE SHIPPING on special events. Ready to ship items may be different due to the weight.
How long does shipping take?
If your item says READY TO SHIP then it is being shipped from our Miami, FL site. These are shipped in 2 business days and the shipping time is 2-9 business days via USPS First Class. If not, then it is a pre-order item in which ships from our seas warehouse. On pre-order items, shipping in the United States takes 2- 4 weeks with a processing time of 5-7 business days. On average customers receive their order in 2- 2 1/2 weeks. We try our hardest to get your orders sooner. If you purchase multiple items, we may ship them in multiple packages. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, we have no control over arrival times. The times given are estimates. During Chinese New Year pre-order items will take longer.
How can I cancel my order or make changes after I order?
Unfortunately, orders may NOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED once they are placed, so please revise your order before completing your purchase. This also includes your shipping address
